“We commissioned Nettleridge Construction to extend two floors of our old cottage, to remove the crumbling external render and replace it with modern insulated panels and K-Rend, and to replace all the windows. Their quote wasn't the cheapest, but it was by far the most thorough.
The job was quite complex, involving demolition of a 70s extension, digging new foundations and drains, installing pitched roofs and tricky steelwork, plus the usual add-ons of rewiring, plumbing, internal replastering and carpentry.

Dominic and his team were friendly, professional and unflappable. There were technical challenges from the outset, as the architects plans provided no more than guidance, and all the steelwork for the roof had to be designed and specified from scratch. Fortunately for us, Dominic has a skilled team, an extensive network of contacts, and is an excellent problem solver.
